Option 3: Close the road permanently to through traffic
The location of a permanent closure would be determined following further consultation.
Benefits - Reduces risks associated with through-traffic (vehicles and bicycles). Provides resident access only, forcing through-traffic to use more appropriate routes.
Challenges - Travel times would be increased. Excludes through-traffic access.
