Option 2 - Partly one-way flow (two-way flow from Eagles Rd to Mt Hercules Rd)
Benefits - Maintains some two-way access and enhances road safety. Challenges - Travel times may be increased compared to two-way traffic.
Option 1 - One-way traffic flow for the entire length from Cawdor Road to Mt Hercules Rd
Option 2 - Partly one-way flow (two-way flow from Eagles Rd to Mt Hercules Rd)
Option 3: Close the road permanently to through traffic
