LEP Review Program - Draft Strategies

We’re inviting feedback on a set of draft strategies that will inform future land use planning for Wollondilly.

Earlier this year Council made Wollondilly 2040 Local Strategic Planning Statement which outlines the land use planning vision for Wollondilly over the next 20 years. This vision is for a prosperous, sustainable and resilient future, with an enviable lifestyle of historic villages, modern living, rural lands and bush settings.

Wollondilly 2040 identifies key planning priorities and actions that focus on protecting and retaining the many elements that Make Wollondilly Extraordinary. It recognises a need to establish a robust evidence base to guide land use planning decisions and includes a number of actions to prepare strategies. Particularly around establishing a framework for sustainable managed growth.

Feedback is now being sought on the strategies below. Click on the links for more information about each strategy, and to make a submission on that strategy.
