Draft Financial Strategy

Now on Public Exhibition

Wollondilly Shire Council is inviting feedback on our Draft Financial Strategy.

The draft Financial Strategy sets out Council’s proposed approach to managing its financial decision-making over the long term, and the settings within which the long-term financial plan and annual budgets are developed.

It outlines key financial principles, revenue and expenditure priorities, asset management considerations, funding strategies, and measures to support ongoing financial sustainability. This will be done through maximising Council's own sources of operating revenue, managing operational expenditure and planned delivery of capital investments.

All submissions received during the exhibition period will be considered before the draft Financial Strategy is reported back to Council for further consideration.
