    The Assisted Communications Policy provides clear guidance for how staff at Wollondilly Council can address unreasonable conduct by a complainant, including the ways in which an unreasonable complainant may communicate with Council.

     

    What is regarded as unreasonable conduct?

    Unreasonable conduct includes unreasonable persistence, demands, lack of cooperation, arguments and other behaviours. Examples include verbal abuse, threats of violence, harm, and inappropriate demands on time and resources.
