DCP to be Updated

The Wollondilly Community Participation Plan (CPP) 2019 was adopted by Council in November 2019.

The CPP is now Council’s stand alone policy that outlines how and when Council engages with the community on planning matters. The CPP includes timeframes for notification and public exhibition of plan making and statutory planning matters.

The CPP supersedes the Community Engagement Chapter in Volume 1 of Wollondilly Development Control Plan (DCP) 2016.

To ensure consistency, Council will now remove the Community Engagement Chapter in Volume 1 of Wollondilly Development Control Plan (DCP) 2016. This process will be publicly exhibited for 28 days, as required by Wollondilly Community Participation Plan 2019.

Public exhibition is from 18 March to 15 April 2020. The documents can be viewed at:
