Planning Proposal – Wollondilly Anglican College

Council is seeking comment on a Planning Proposal to rezone land at 3000 Remembrance Driveway, 1 Olive Lane, 5 Olive Lane and part of 3 Olive Lane, Bargo. The Planning Proposal will be on public exhibition from Wednesday 28 April 2021 to Wednesday 26 May 2021.

The Planning Proposal seeks to amend Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2011 (WLEP 2011) which is the principal legislation that controls development and planning decisions across most of the Wollondilly Local Government Area. This amendment seeks to rezone the land to allow the development of the site for the purpose of educational facilities.

  • Council’s Customer Service Centre, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded).
  • Wollondilly Library, 42 Menangle Street, Picton between 9:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 9:30am and 6:00pm Thursday and 9:00am and 12:00pm Saturday;

Any person may make a written submission or comment. These will be considered by Council in making a decision on whether the proposal should proceed and must be received by 5:00pm on 26 May 2021.
