Council adopted the final Warragamba Open Space Master Plan at its meeting in May 2022.
Thank you to everyone who was involved in developing the Master Plan and providing feedback.
This Master Plan provides the 20+ year aspirational vision for the open space and facilities used for sport, recreation and relaxing in Warragamba. It includes a staged approach with an outline of the short term, medium term and long term goals; and will enable Council – as well as sporting and community groups – to pursue external grant funding for upgrades and enhancements.
We have worked closely with stakeholders and community members to address existing and anticipated recreational needs, undertaking a final check in with the community during the Public Exhibition period from December 2021 until February 2022.
The Adopted Master Plan is now available.
