Draft Leasing and Licensing Council Property Policy
Wollondilly Council is inviting feedback on our Draft Policy on Leasing and Licensing Council Property, which provides the framework for third parties to enter into lease and licence arrangements with Council when occupying operational, community, Council-managed crown land and public road reserves.
This Draft Policy considers the relevant legislation, reinforces governance practices, and provides a framework around expression of interest opportunities to occupy public land.
