Cemeteries Policy - Adopted February 2021

Wollondilly Council's Cemeteries Policy was adopted on 16 February 2021.

The Policy was developed to assist in the administration, management and maintenance of cemeteries managed by Council within the Wollondilly Local Government area.

It provides guidelines that ensure the objective functions of the cemeteries are provided in a safe, consistent manner and that socially acceptable standards and practices are in place to assist workers, administrators, clients and the general public.

Submissions

Written submissions can be made

Submissions close at 4:00pm on Wednesday, 16 December and should quote Council’s reference number CM 12590.

Privacy

Council may be required to release your written comments or submissions to an applicant under the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009 or Local Government Act, 1993 that impose obligations on us to release documents in certain circumstances.
