Wollondilly Council has reviewed the Contaminated Land Policy, as required by the Local Government Act (1993).
This policy is Wollondilly Shire Council's first Contaminated Land Policy, and applies to all land within the Shire.
It provides practical advice for members of the community as well as professionals involved in the planning and development process within Wollondilly Shire.
